Kindly note that after receiving your comments on the website and Facebook page, regarding audio and subtitling issues during watching your favorite shows, the channel’s broadcasting engineers would like those who still have problems to follow the instructions below by using the satellite TV remote control:

Audio:

-You have two audio track options while watching a program; you can choose English or French by pressing the audio button on your remote control.

Subtitling:

-You can activate subtitling by pressing the subtitle button on your remote control, and then you can select either to have subtitling in English or French.

-If you followed these instructions but no subtitling showed on your screen, then you need a professional help to update your satellite receiver’s software.
